PROPERTY
An American-English adaptation of La propriété — Usage, communs et responsabilité. It treats property not as one indivisible power but as a bundle of rights — use, exclusion, transfer, income, governance, and inheritance — then tests those rights against housing, land, public resources, capital, firms, inheritance, and intellectual property while rejecting both unlimited private sovereignty and unlimited administrative sovereignty.
