Short Mapping Framework

Organise a confusing situation yourself into seven elements, without conversation or automatic interpretation.

The framework formats your answers. It does not invent missing information or turn a hypothesis into a fact.

How to use it

Fill in only what is available. A field left empty will remain “Not provided” in the output. You can then copy the mapping to reread it, keep it or continue working elsewhere.

Your mapping

Output without interpretation

Fill in the framework, then choose “Format the mapping”.

Example

Raw statement“I put everything off.”

Concrete situation“Last night, in front of the file I had to send.”

Actual sequence“I opened the file, saw that several corrections remained, then picked up my phone.”

Possible operative thought“If I cannot finish it properly now, I may as well not start.”

TensionMoving forward despite imperfection / avoiding work experienced as too large.

More integrated formulation“I do not need to finish the file in order to move forward; I can complete one identifiable correction.”

Point to revisitCorrect the first paragraph, then stop if necessary.

Safeguards

An operative thought remains a situated hypothesis, not an identity.

This framework does not diagnose and does not replace necessary expertise. If safety, care or human intervention is the priority, this is not the priority tool.

One scene, one tension, one passage.
