Tools for thinking, investigating, and testing
Work on a real question
You can start by talking with the Noosopher, mapping a situation, reviewing a decision after seeing its effects, or using a specialized tool. You do not need to understand all of Noosophy before you begin.
Orientation
What are you actually trying to do?
Practice may focus on a person, theory, work, tradition, institution, conflict, document, or whole system. The same protocol should not be applied mechanically to all of them.
Understand and integrate → act at the relevant level → see what reality does in response → revise → integrate again.
Families of practice
Different methods serve different functions
They can be combined when the real problem calls for it.
Research and documentation
Look for facts, sources, status, and contradictions before drawing conclusions.
Explore →02Comparison and confrontation
Bring disciplines, traditions, or hypotheses into relation without confusing analogy with validation.
Explore →03Maieutics
Draw out, reframe, distinguish, stress-test, and revise a thought, project, work, or institution.
Explore →04Action and reality check
Put an understanding into practice at the right level, observe what happens, then revise it.
Explore →05Stochastic practices
Introduce a random or symbolic constraint without giving it authority over facts, identity, or decisions.
Explore →06Play and experimentation
Explore a capacity or framework inside a setting that is explicitly presented as playful or experimental.

The Noosopher
The Noosopher can explain, connect, compare, test, reframe, and suggest corrections. In an explicitly maieutic exchange, it can also help surface a tension, clarify a decision, or examine the consequences of a formulation.
It is not the only way to practice Noosophy, and sophistication does not give it authority over you.

Specialized tools, not a universal method
These tools mostly belong to the reflective and maieutic side of the project. They can be useful without defining Noosophical practice as a whole.
Quick Mapping
Clarify a situation when separating facts, interpretations, values, and tensions would actually help.
Open →Philosophical Mapper
Examine a question through explicit distinctions and tensions.
Open →After-Action Review
Look back at what actually happened after a choice or action.
Open →Proof-Act
Test a decision or understanding in conduct when the issue is genuinely about human commitment.
Open →Specialized agents
Different tools, different status
Tarot, the I Ching, numerology, experimental astrology, and role-playing should not be confused with the canonical core or with the Noosopher itself.
I Ching Consultation
Use the I Ching as a prompt for reflection: the draw opens a line of inquiry that must still be checked against the real situation.
Open agent ↗Traditional tarotTarot for Discernment
A separate agent from Noosophical Tarot, designed for a more traditional tarot practice focused on reflection and discernment.
Open agent ↗Noosophical TarotNoosophical Tarot
The draw introduces a constraint. The interpretation remains a hypothesis that has to be tested against reality.
Open agent ↗Stochastic MaieuticsStochastic Numerology
Numbers are used as prompts for thought, never as proof of identity, personality, or destiny.
Open agent ↗LaboratoryAstrologer v0.2
A separate symbolic experiment. Treat it as laboratory work, not as an objective description of a person.
Open agent ↗PlayNoosophical Role-Playing Game
A conversational RPG in which the agent runs the world, characters, rules, and consequences while you play your character.
Open agent ↗Manuals
Know what a tool is before interpreting what it gives you
Each practice should state its function, procedure, limits, and level of validation clearly.
Stochastic Maieutics
General method: why introduce randomness, and how reality can contradict a draw.
Read the manual →Noosophical Tarot
Advanced system: external draw, situated interpretation, and comparison with the facts.
Read the manual →Stochastic Numerology
Candidate / laboratory method: numbers serve as prompts for thought.
Read the manual →I Ching Consultation
Advanced candidate practice: a public method using three physical coins.
Read the manual →Noosophical Astrology
Non-canonical experiment: a symbolic matrix that must be tested against reality.
Read the manual →Noosophical Role-Playing Game
A separate play agent for building a world and managing persistent consequences.

Generate a constraint, not its meaning
These tools generate random results. They do not know your question, and randomness is not evidence.
Shared safeguard
A tool does not become an authority just because it produces an answer.
A method, agent, framework, or draw can help you examine something. It does not turn a hypothesis into a fact, replace the standards of evidence that belong to the field, or decide your values, major costs, or irreversible actions for you.
